Transparency

At FUNDEBE we consider the transparency of what we do and how we do it to be fundamental:
  • First of all, we invite you to contact us at any time (see the “Contact” section) to ask questions or learn first-hand about the topic you want.
  • We periodically produce newsletters and annual reports, which are available in the “REPORTS & DOWNLOADS” section.
  • At the fundraising events we organize, we inform participants of the latest progress in the foundation’s projects.

In addition, in order to ensure all the necessary security and transparency for our collaborators, our accounts are audited annually by Tagor Auditors, and the results of these audits are available to those who request them.

Similarly, due to a donation received from the Clifford Chance Foundation, we had to justify that we met all the requirements as recipients of the donation in the United Kingdom to the Charities Aid Foundation, a new guarantee of transparency.

In addition, we were analysed in the past according to the principles of transparency and good practices of the NGOs of the Lealtad Foundation, the Spanish partner of the ICFO (International Committee on Fundraising Organizations) obtaining an excellent result, not continuing the analysis at present due to the cost involved, the few advantages it brought us, and the enormous work that it entails and that, as a small Foundation that we are, we cannot continue to carry out without hiring staff with exclusive availability, an option that we discard because it is not worth it in our case.
